mustang headers on a f150

I read that you can put mustang shorty headers on a F150 with a 302. Mine is an 84 4x4. Anybody know if it will work before i buy some?

I duno. I have headers on my 87 f150 302. They look very simular to the Mac headers that I had on my mustang. So maybe. Unequal length shorties.

im not sure if they will clear all the crossmembers and the frame of an F-150. shorties could probably be rigged up, but long tubes might be close.
