Anyone know the tow rating for a 93 F150 4x4?

Anyone know the tow rating for a 93 F150 4x4 with an auto, 3.55's and a 302? I can't find any markings on my bumper saying how much i can tow from it.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanx

Howdy and welcome to the forums!

I wouldn't tow a skidoo from the bumper. Get good class 3 or 4 hitch bolted to the frame for any towing. I have towed a lot with a lot of trucks, and one thing for the safety of others is to have the best reciever/hitch you can buy.

Also, what auto tranny?

The E4OD, which has a door sticker trans code of E, 20 pan bolts, and an overdrive lockout switch?
The 4R70w, which has a door sticker trans code of U, I think 14 pan bolts, and an overdrive lockout switch?
Or the AOD, which has a door sticke trans code of T, and has no overdrive lockout switch.

The tranny you have will greatly affect your tow rating.

I have the E4OD and was wondering the same thing for my 93 f150 302 auto 4x4. lol

Pretty much confirms what I thought, I wouldn't want to tow much from the bumper.
