Will this tranny swap work or not? Please help

I have a donor 86 Ford F150 with a 4-speed top loader. Will all the pedals and tranny bolt up in a 93 F150? If I might need anything else please let me know.

The tranny will "fit" but it may not be all that easy. What exactly are you trying to do?
Does the 93 currently have an automatic or a manual? If an automatic, which one? If you have an electronically controlled automatic, you're going to need a PCM and powertrain wiring harness from a 93 manual tranny truck.
Does the 86 have a mechanical or a hydraulic clutch? If it's mechanical, you're going to have to convert it to hydraulic.

The 93 Is an automatic AOD. not the electric, and the 86 is a mechanical style clutch, what would I have to do to make a 4-speed top loader into a hydraulic assembly? I am wanting to convert to a 4-speed granny gear for pulling and haulling a race car to the tracks.

First of all toploaders don't have granny gears and 86 F150s didn't have toploaders. If it looks like a toploader, it's really a SMOD tranny which doesn't have a granny either. You'd need a T-18, T-19 or NP-435 to get the granny.

Take a look here http://www.motivegear.com/tech_info/...nny_guide.html

If you're really looking for a tow vehicle, you're time and money ahead keeping the AOD and upgrading it as required
