Decoding the door sticker

Can anyone tell me how to decode the door sticker on my 89 F150? I haven't been able to find a website that has this info for this model truck.

I tried the link but it doesn't seem correct for my truck. For instance, my trans code is T. This site says it's a four speed automatic in a Ranger. My truck is an 89 F150.
