Hey all,

I'm helping a friend of mine change the water pump in is 1981 F150, inline 6-cylinder truck. The fan is super wobbly!

We removed the belts, and the four bolts from the end of the fan. However, the fan doesn't want to come off. Are there more bolts or something somewhere else that will allow the fan and/or the pulley to come off? I believe we don't have a clutch on it.

I can take a picture of it tomorrow if that helps. Thanks for any suggestions!

is it rusty? spray some penetrating fluid on the fan hub

That combined with a crowbar and we were able to get it off. It was really on there. Thanks for the suggestion!
