1993 f-150 springs

i have a 1995 f-150 w/ 135,000 miles. it appears like the spring s are getting weak. any load squats the truck.

1/what is the factory distance from the ground to the bumper
2/ any idea on complexity and cost of adding helper springs?

Monroe Load levelers is what I put on mine...Under $100
They brought the back end up and help a lot when I put a load on.

I got my rear springs re-arched and addied a leaf to both sides and it sits up nicely now, but on my 99 I bought an Airlift air bag kit, this worked wonders, I loved it and would recommend it for anyone who wants to keep the stock ride but also be able to haul heavy loads without lowering the back to much. You can also buy an air compressor kit for these airbags so you can lift the truck by the push of a button without leaving the drivers seat
