PW motor question --->

I opened up my PW motor and replaced the nylon bushings/spacers (which had been completely turned into a slurry of plastic particles and grease). The new bushings (acquired from the "Help" section at AutoZone) were very tight going back in. I repacked the inside of that area with white lithium grease, as that was what I had in the garage. Now, the window goes up, but seems to do so more slowly and more labored than before. The R&R was very straight-forward, but did I do something wrong? Do the new bushings just need to 'wear-in' a little and loosen up? Should I have used a type of grease other than the white lithium? Could I have put too much grease in there?

TIA,

Wade
