04-08 Roushcharger setup

This is a floor model I bought from Roush direct. Never installed or used. Mint condition. It is NOT the complete kit, but I have a PDF manual that shows what other parts you need. They are usually available on Craigslist, Ebay and the F150 forums.

It will fit all Ford 5.4 3 valve motors from 2004-2008. These are extremely hard to find and a new one is unheard of. They do NOT make them anymore.

I have the complete low mileage used Intercooled manifold setup. Upper, lower and intercooler.. With this and the supercharger you have the two biggest components that you will need to complete your install.

You will need the pulley system, Plenum, belts, hoses and some easy stuff to find. I have had 4 of these and am a good source for info.

Hard to find is right. I need an idler pulley and can't find one. Can anyone tell me a Dorman or Dayco part number and what size is the pulley for these blowers? 90MM?
