I have a NEW 2007 Navigation system with 12P current maps and SIRIUS ready that should work on all 2004-2008 models F150, F250 and F350. I bought the radio and had it reprogrammed for my F150. I installed it tonight to test its operation and all functions are normal. Now the sad part of this ordeal is that I ended up with two systems. I have decided to keep the used one and sell the new unless you would like to have a used unit.

Price is $675.00 for the new unit shipped to the lower 48 states. OR
I'll sell the used unit for $400.00 shipped to the lower 48 states. I do not have an extra radio antenna connector or the GPS antenna. They can be easily purchased at an audio store or Ebay. Paypal only. Thanks

After all the money you've spent on that truck what's a few more dollars. It's well worth every penny after you take that Lariat off-road and need to find your way back home to rinse the mud off. LOL

I want to trade it in on a 2011+ FX4, so I am not driving it to keep equity high. The OEM nav would raise the equity I know, but probably not enough to justify the cost plus programming.

 

Just happens that I have already had it reprogrammed to my 2006 Lariat which should be identical to your '07. All you need is a $12-$20 GPS antenna and I'll see if I can find one cheaper. Plug and play baby! and if you have Sirius it is also plug and play.

 

According to my window sticker mine came nav equipped, not quite sure what that consists of, but I do have Sirius available, I just don't have it activated. I thought I read somewhere audiophile systems were nav ready in some ways.

Does the CD changer operate correctly in the used unit?

 

Everything works great. It's currently in my truck. I can take pics or videos if you need it. Steering wheel controls work as they should, green background lights and line in was turned on.
