Here is a pic of David H's (the big red one), taken at the rally in Austin. I wish the pic was smaller.

Hey, does anyone have the specs for these trucks. You know, lift height/type wheels and tire sizes etc.

I agree they look awesome. If only I could raise the garage doors on my house. No way could I leave a truck like that outside! Do they park those bad boys inside? How tall are they?

Question

Can someone post the pros and cons of a body lift vs a suspension lift? Right off the bat, I see that suspension lifts are over a thousand dollars and a body lift is only 130.
My guess is that a suspension lift handles turns better? Would appreciate if someone could clear this up for me.

Thanks

Mine(the dirty red one in the pic of the rally) has a 4 inch rancho suspension lift with 295x75x16 inch tires and hopefulld for x-mas i will have my body lift on it. Personally if you are trying to decide which type of lift to go for and money is not an option i would go for the suspension then maybe throw a body lift on later on. If money is an option then go for the body. Either way go skyward with these 4x4 beasts!!!

Cool

Well I just put 3" bullseye spindles on my truck with 285's but I don't have a dig camera. Was hoping you would take some if I brought a disc at the next rally in dfw on the 22nd. I love the way it is looks. Looks like a real truck now ).

I see pro comp offers a 4" lift for the f150. To fit 39's you only need a 4" lift, thats awesome! I've seen plenty of f150's with that lift, but now I know how big of tires you can fit.

I'm sure he has some type of body lift also, it just did not list any. There is no way 39's would fit without the body and suspension lift. I would love to do the same to my truck but would be afraid of losing all drive ability. I have talked to people that have run 38's and 39's and they say they are very hard to balance and they wander on the road. BUT it looks great!
