I have a 2005 f150 xl with the 4.6 in it. I know its an 88 rear but I do not know what gear ratio I have.
My Tag on the Pumpkin reads as follows:
V832S
55 88 5f13

My vin tells me this when decoded: Axle Ratio (:1) - Rear3.73, 3.55 (3.55 min/4.1max)
But witch one a 3.73 or a 3.55?


Please tell me what this means.

ok, It was Code 19 on the door sticker, that's a 3.55 Non Limited slip.
I am assuming that the 55 with no LS on the pumpkin tag means 3.55 no limited slip.
