Broken CV Axle Bolt

Hey guys so I was replacing my passenger side wheel hub on my 2004 4x4 F-150 Lariet and stupidly decided to try to torque the nut on the end of the cv shaft and it broke. Now I know this is bad and the shaft needs to be replaced but my question is can I drive on it for a day or 2 until a new shaft comes in?

I literally just did the same thing. Did you end up driving it until your axle came in?
