Differential Breathers

Anybody ever tried installing diff. breathers on an '04 - '08 F150? I seem to be treading more and more through deep water, and would like to not have to worry about getting water (and mud) in my diff.

just find the breather lines installed now. go to a hardware store and find that exact tubing (should be rubber). get enough to run the lines up out of the way. if you really want to be protected you can buy small filters that fit on the ends of the lines. they look like tiny air filters.

i know my rear stock ends attached to the bed so it's pretty high up there. can't remember where the front one is.
