cv joint clicking?

Hi everyone. I recently started noticing a clicking noise coming from the front end of my truck. The click gets faster as my speed increases and happens whether I am turning or going straight. I think it's happening on both sides but it's hard to tell from inside the truck (especially with a cherry bomb extreme muffler) Could this be my cv joints? It's a 2003 4x4 SCrew with 150,000 miles on it and the torsion bars cranked all the way. Thanks for your help!
