Exclamation Gear Question

I have an 04 Supercab 2wd with a 6" lift and 325/65s. I just had to get my transmission all re done. I don't know if its becasue I tow a lot, becasue of the tires, or just because it has 100k miles on it. New gears? 4.10? 4.56? What should I do to prevent my transmission taking a dump again?

Engine: 5.4 and it's a swap it has about 40k miles on it.
Current diff gears: IDK to be honest. whatever comes stock, unless they put different ones in because of the towing package I have no clue.
Weight of item towing: the boat weighs prob about 2600 lbs, aluminum tandem axle trailer combined I'd say around 3500 lbs.

Look on the door jamb sticker for the axle code.
