after long wait. found a used drive line that was in good shape. dropped it off at my buddy Neals shop. and he sent it to his drive line guy to have the tubes cut to fit. balance on both shafts new U joints new carrier bearing. came out to 343bucks just for that. theyre labor rate went up alot he said he didnt expect it to cost more than 200. so he helped me out on his labor rate. but all in all i am very pleased. i spent 5 years with bad advice on getting another aluminum drive shaft or get a steel one made. wasted so much more money on bad advice. finally took my own input and got what i wanted. no more wind up, vibrations smooth ride i can finally make a full 3rd gear pull without tearing up another transmission.
