97 f150 4x4 chirpping when accelerating

My 97 f150 4x4 chirps from ~1-25MPH. The chirp increases with speed but then cuts off around 25. Sounds like its coming from the rear of the truck. Any ideas?

I had the same problem on my wifes 02 mountaineer, and it was the brand new pinion seal I had just put in. Does it only do it after it has been driven for a while?? Just a thought.
