What carrier is good for minor offraoding. I want to get rid of the limited slip and go posi. Or is that not a good idea. Or should a i put a locker in it

limited and posi are the same thing...

There is no need for a locker for minor off-roading.

If you have a LS now and you are unhappy with it (it may need a rebuild) you can go clutchless like a Detroit Truetrac. No clutches to go out and no need for friction modifier! IMO, the best LS on the market!
