Leaking suspension fluid?

Guys I was hoping you could help. I happen to be leaking where the pic attached shows.

Not sure what this is, however, checking today it looks like my power steering fluid is a tad under minimum.

On another note too, I recently had the front end suspension done: upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends.

1. Is it a coincidence that I need power steering fluid?

2. If not, where or what is most likely leaking? (hose, etc?)

3. Should I be concerned if my power steering fluid goes dry (not on purpose, but too much leaking)?

Help!
