Good Price?

Hey im new to gears and i wanted to know if this was a good price for 4.88 gears on my 2004 F150 5.4L Lariat 4x4 Supercrew. The prices are: 4.88 front ring & pinion - $236.14, 4.88 front master install kit - $173.99, Rear ring & pinion - $246.24, and Master Installation kit - $279.81. The overall price is $934 and this is without installation. Is this a good price and how much would insatlation cost?

From what I paid that is extremely high
Gears should be around 200 and master install kit around 100.

depending on the milage and how your truck has been driven you may not need a master install just a mini install. I just had mine done and my mechanic said that the bearings looked great. I have 56,000 miles on a 99
f150 4X4. You may be able to save money there.
