random vibrations from 30to65mph

random vibrations from 30to65mph
group,
Just started a month ago. and not all the time. purely random and I haven't figured out the pattern.
I could be driving around town or accel on the highway and the whole truck vibrates like an unbalanced wheel. front wheels are good and balanced. rear should be ok.
when its happening, i go into and out of neutral, doesn't change it. if I come to a complete stop, and start again, it can be fine.
the problem has been happening more and more.
I have been looking at a couple of TSBs and I am not sure which to follow.
TSB 06-19-06
TSB 07-10-9
TSB 07-10-8
any ideas from the group?
