Question 4.56 gas mileage?

I have a 4x4 with 35 inch tires and only 3.31 gears. I have been debating between 4.10's and 4.56's and was curious to what I could expect my gas mileage to be with the 4.56's? I only have a 4.6 so I have been told by a guy I work with that 4.56's would be the best bet for me but i do not wanna do it if my mileage is gonna suck. I saw in another forum somewhere where a guy had 4.56's in his truck and was getting 15-17 mpg? Is that guy for real?

I went from 3.55's to 4.56's with 33" tires and my MPG went from 10.5 to 11.5 city & stayed around 16 hwy. Actually got 20 mpg driving 50-55. With 35's and a 4.6, I'd go for 4.88's.

Well I don't think I wanna go as deep as 4.88's even if I could. I can't find anything lower than a 4.56 for the 8.8 ifs. I think that is what I am gonna end up going with if my gas mileage isn't gonna suffer a whole lot. The 4.56's will give me a lower ratio than I had stock to begin with. roughly a 3.73 from the tire/gear chart that I have.
