Driveline Vibration - 99 F-250LD

99 F250LD 4X2 SuperCab,18k, 3.73 axle, 5.4, 4R100

Vibration in floor/seat at 62mph since new. The vibration goes away above 63+. Dealer has diagnosed as driveline vibration, but they can't seem to figure out how to fix it. They have done the following:
1. Put truck on lift and run without any wheels/tires. They were able to reproduce the vibration on the lift without wheels on vehicle. They ruled out the wheels/tires becuase of this.
2. Installed a dampener weight on the exhaust just after the muffler. This did nothing.
3. Replaced the driveshaft. This also did nothing.
4. Adjusted the up/down of the rear axle. This made the vibration marginally better.

We have ruled out the transmission by duplicating the vibration is 4th (OD) and in 3rd.

We have ruled out the engine by revving the engine in Park and Neutral to the same RPM. There is no vibration.

Any ideas? It goes back to the dealer this week, but we would like to offer some suggestions.
