Ford raptor

So, who thinks the Raptor a Ford built factory trophy truck will be the coolest thing since sliced bread? Im keeping the FX4 for the long haul but man that raptor is sick. Of course lets hope they still got a pair and continue with it inspite of fuel prices.

+1 I can't wait for it to come out. And who knows if all goes according to plan I will purchase one if they are as good as the hype.

Doesn't look like anything special to me. Once aftermarket suspension companies get a hold of the '09's, there will be plenty of ways for people to make it an off-road beast just like the current models. I do like the talk of the 6.2L however.

Hell I just like the 12" travel Fox suspension and the flared out wheel wells. I'd take it with a 5.4L in it.

i read that they are holding on producing the Raptor or something of the sort, anyone hear of that? that would be a shame, i was starting to like it. don't know if i would consider twelve inches long travel though...dont the rangers come with 10 inches or so stock?

I have had some bad experiences with first edition trucks.. I tend to wait a while before I jump on board.. but other than the hood and the grill, I am not sure i understand the hype
