Ford Thunderbolt- Pickup?

Hi, earlier I saw a truck at work that really caught my eye.
At first I thought, "cool, an older style Lightning", but then taking a closer look at it I realized I was mistaken.
The emblems/badges on the truck actually said Thunderbolt, and looked quite legit. It also had lightning strike decals on the sides of it and even it's hub covers had the same lightning bolt on them.

Is the truck I saw most like a customized Lightning or perhaps a Lightning wannabe? Definitely never heard of any Ford Thunderbolt pick up trucks.

It's a Ford Ranger, 2002-2004 I believe, customized by SLP Performance. It was basically a mini Lightning, but it only had bolt-ons and no blower.

It was a "factory" built truck, though.

My dad's neighbor has one that he enters into many car shows, now usally parks it close to us. It is a nice ranger but no real performance mods. Apperance wise looks good in white and has won a few trophys.
