2002 Ford Explorer

Hey has anyone had trouble filling up their fuel tank on the Explorers. I have a customers Explorer that was vandilized keyed the whole SUV and filled the fuel filler neck with woodchips. We have taken the fuel filler neck and hose out the first time around and none of the chips made it down through the hose. Now the customer cant fill her tank up the nozzle kicks back and wont let any fuel in there. Any ideas???

Check for blockage or debris in the canister vent valve and hose.
