Thumbs up GM ups the Ante!!!!!!!!!!

In an effort to sell more vehicles GM has upped its warranty to 5 yr/100,000 miles. I hope Ford will follow this lead. When I buy my next truck this would be added insurance.

I'd like to see quality vehicles that don't need extended warranties to sell. I don't think that's asking too much.

Now that Ford has issues, GM and Chrysler are going to push hard to put Ford under, So Gm ups thier warenty coverage ahead of Ford who matched chryslers on the 06 line up.

A lot of 04 F-150 owners who bought are kinda miffed that Ford did not offer any extra coverage for the 04, 05, and 06 owners who bought in June of 06.

It's the dealer net work for Ford who will make or brake the company if the Ford UAW puts in a poor performance knowing he/she is out of a job.

I wiseman was once asked why do they put the guarantee on the box, cause they just sold you a guaranteed piece of sh*t, hell if you want I'll take a crap in a box and stamp it guaranteed. Tommy Boy

guarantee I know has nothing to do with warranty
