Window Lift Motor Help

My passenger window lift motor went out on me, so I replaced it with a remand actuated one from Napa. That one then burned up on me ten minutes after installing it. I repeated the process with the same outcome. I've got good power going to the both window switches, so I think it's a fuse or relay issue that is causing the motors to burn up. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? This is starting to really irritate me!
