How to bend bumpewr up.

My wife backed into my bramd new fx4 last week the front bumper on the left side was pushed in and down...I went to a friends body shop and they put some wedges in and bent it back out...but I still notice the front left side is seperated from the top headlight bracket by about 1/2 inch difference. I am assuming it just needs to be pushed up ...but how?

Thanks in advance.

Any combo of jacks, chains, sledgehammers or prybars that will work. Chain from under it up into a tree about 8 ft high and back up, slowly.

Been there, done that, with my 82 Bronco and my neighbors tree.

Best bet would be to see if the bumper or the brackets or both are bent. If it is the brackets, take the bumper and brackets off, hammer or press them straight and reinstall.

Be careful, you could make it worse. Do not ask how I know that.

Well, later, I nearly burned the salvage yard down with a generator and a grinder removing the next bumper....
