Doors rattles

I have a 2004 super cab every time I hit a bump or a hole in the road witch we have plenty in michigan.Something rattles in the doors. I took all the doors a part and foung broken pieces of hard plastic. They look like the were glued to the bottom at one time.Now something new is rattles ? Any help this is driving me nuts

I must have the only truck that rattles and rolls down the road. Something rattles on the drivers side every bump!

I have noticed on this site that nobody responds much to noise related issues. It is kind of tough to relay noise sounds while typing. Try taking the inside door panels off and have somebody else drive you down the bumpy roads so you can see and touch what may be causing it.

moms 01 supercrew did that and i just tightened up the screws on the bottem of the door panel and that fixed if for a few weeks. im sure they are backing out again.

I feel your pain. My 06 Screw has a rattle in the headliner. Been to the dealer 3 times with no improvement. I'm gonna dig into it myself.

I have a rattle driving me nuts in my drivers door as well. I have had the door half apart for days trying to find it. I think it has something to do with the window tract. I am not sure how to tighten that up but I damn sure am gonna try. Let us know if you find the source.
