Rear Bumper HELP!

I just backed into a pole. Anyone got any ideas on fixing a rear bumper? It is the painted arizona beige on a 2005 styleside lariat 4x4 screw. I messed up the actual bumper and top platic piece.

I also needed a new rear bumper. Mine is chrome.
Cost to repair was $250 to $300.
Wrecking yard was more.
Ford dealer was more.
Nothing perfect on E-Bay.
Found one on Craigslist for $130.00. Seller claims it is perfect. Going to buy it tomorrow. Seller is holding it for me.
Good luck.

Skip my last comment. I drove 45 miles each way to see a dented bumper. The dent was small and under the hitch hole. Seller claim she did not notice it before.
I asked her on the phone before I went 'are there any dents, dings, scratches, or scuffs?'. She says no.
I expect private sellers to exaggerate. Lying is not acceptable.

solution

I took off the bumper banged out the dent with a sledhammer, then scuffed the paint with a sander. I then used to cans of duplicolor's bed liner spray, then ordered 2 aresols of color matched paint in Arizona Beige to color match with the rest of the truck. Picking up a new plastic step from Ford on Friday. It actually looks really good in the plain black too! You can't even tell I dented the bumper!

Problem solved for now... For the future purchase a backup camera and use it. It's a must for these trucks...
