Tow Package

I have a 07 F-150 supercrew and it didn't come with a tow package. Is there a big difference between the OEM tow package and an aftermarket one? I just want a standard tow, nothing too fancy. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You are missing the receiver, the limited slip rear-end and the round plug.
You should have the flat 4 plug, a transmission oil cooler, and a bumper capable of pulling 5,000 #.
I had a receiver installed by my local U-Haul for about $200.00.
Good luck.

The greatest concern with after market tow packages is the transmission radiator. Most places do not install them. Don't forget to have one put in. These trucks need it...
