painted rear fenderwell

anybody paint there rear fenderwell, if so what kind of paint did use, and prep. i am thinking of painting mine black, note sure of flat or semigloss yet. i think this may clean up the rear a bit but not sure, anybody with pics.

I wouldn't ever gloss under there, wouldn't look too good. I personally would have them line-x'd, i've been considering for awhile.

i cleaned mine, then scuffed them up a little with some sand paper then sprayed them with some flat rustoleum. its held up now for about a year without any problems

I power washed mine and scuffed up with sand paper and undercoated them.

i used rubberized undercoating, looks like line-x and is holding up good after a few months

if i remember it was only like $10 for the spray can

I painted mine with regular silver spray paint and cheap clear only because I have polished aluminum gap guards. Stay with black. It's a nightmare to keep clean.

flat black primer, no prep work, didnt even clean the dirt off
