Racing Stripes
Hey guys, what are your reactions to racing stripes? I was interested in getting 2 black racing stripes put on my truck. Do any of yall know a good place to get them and how you would recommend me putting them on?

I have thought about them too. Black stripes on my white truck.
They look sweet on mustangs but mostly I see them on Dodges and they don't look that good on them.

I figure that since the body is in great condition, might as well throw some stripes on to make it look even sportier!

I want vinyl stripes since they're so cheap and easy to put on. They've got some good stuff at the Baltimore place but it's a pain in the ass to do paypal, or money orders. I'll look around for another store.

There are very few racing stripes I like. Every once in a while they look good.
Now those stripes on the bottom of the mustangs I love, I put some of them on my truck, black 8 year vinyl. See a pic here:

That does look pretty good. The ones I want are two 8 inch wide gloss black stripes with no side pin-stripes. I might just get a billet grille first. I'll have to think about which one to get first.

The Roush kit looks pretty good. I would get that, but no stripes for me.
