Question Power window making a popping noise

Replaced the power window motor on my 1998 F150 a few months ago. Lately I have noticed when the window is run up or down there is a popping sound inside the door. Doesn't happen as the window is moving, but only when the window goes fully up or down. I removed the door panel and couldn't see an obvious problem so I lubricated the tracks as best I could and made sure every nut or bolt I could get to was tight. The popping seems to indeed be the tracks/regulator jumping when the motor closes or opens the window completely.
Still pops/jumps, but if I let off the switch just as the window closes completely all is good.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hey Kensblue, I am in the middle of replacing my entire window regulator. I had a similar noise building up to my window regulator completely breaking. You might want to check the pully/wheel that winds the cable and make sure everything is moving smoothly, mine was a birds nest which lead to it breaking. Kind of a pain to get to though.
