how to remove the front bumper? '98/'03

skip to *********** if you dont care to read the irrelevant story

so I got in a minor fender bender a few months ago in my '98. grill, grill surround, front bumper, bumper cover, fog lights, and hood were the only things really damaged so when the shop was repairing it I had them put the more attractive (IMO) '03 front on it since the only differences were the pieces I had to replace (except for the hood which was the samE).

Anyway....I didnt notice until a few weeks after I had my truck back that the horn didnt work. It makes like a bicycle horn noise....so pathetic....but more than pathetic no one can hear it so i pretty much dont have a horn. I brought it back to the shop and the guy looked and said it looked like the connectors where the wires connect to the horn were corroded and broken or something and said it was just because it was old not because of the accident (BS but whatever). So anyway he said if I bought a horn he would put it in for me for not charge but im thinking i might try to avoid the hassle altogether and either try to resolder the connections on the existing horn or otherwise fix it...and if I cant I might as well just put a new horn on while the bumper is off

I only tell the story because the truck is a 98 but the front end is pretty much an '03 in case that matters with regards to how it comes apart or where the horn is located.

************
So the question is, how do I take off the front bumper to get at this horn to try to fix it or to install a replacement? How easy is this going to be?

thanks!

My horns are easy accessable with the whole front end in place.

x2! Just crawl under the front bumper, or put it on jacks. the horns should fairly easy to get to. then just unbolt them...
