First timer

I finally bought what I always wanted a full size ford F-150, It is a 2000 ext cab 4 door, 4x4 ....now what I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get oem cosmetics like the badges, and a new grill insert. The ones on the truck now are faded.

Thank you and I hope to become a avid poster.

congrats on the new truck. Of course the nearest dealership will be able to get all the parts you need. Any local body shop will also be able to get whatever you want and probably cheaper. body shops will also be able to get aftermarket (if your really pinchin pennies) but i would not recommend this because they never seem to fit right, i work at a body shop and aftermarket is a curse word. good luck with the truck

go with NBS badges, and just paint your grill black with Krylon Fusion!
if you have a honeycomg grill like i do, this is the cheapest way to have an amazing looking grill.

here is a picture of my grill:

good luck with the truck and welcome to the site!!

Thanks for the info, sounds like I have small paint job this weekend. Did you remove the grill or just tape around it?

Thanks guys, talk to the wifey and the 3.49 bottle of paint sounded better than the new grill. It came out great did it over the weekend. Now I have to buy some nerf bars for it and I want to buy some new seats, but I will have to research that.
