Heated Mirror Assembly replacement on 05....hard to do?

What is involved with replacing the mirror assembly? It is damaged and basically folded the mirror forward and busted the glass and plastic cover, so the dealership said only the new assembly is needed. If it's not a big undertaking, I may just buy the part and put it on myself. Any tips??

All you have to do is take the door panel off. Then a few bolts to undo and unplug it from the wiring harness and you are done. It does not take more then 15 min. I would definitely do it yourself.

Ok now for the newb question.....is the door panel only held on with clips or are there screws/bolts anywhere? I haven't had the door panel off with this truck yet. Or do I just need to pull the panel around the perimeter of the panel (popping the clips from the door)?
