I had the dealer put a "Ford" soft tonneau cover on my 2001 Super Crew because Extang didn't have one available yet. I should have waited. 1) Within 2 months the front right bracket broke. The cover almost came off on the freeway. 2) Only 2 ribs instead of 3 means it's always sagging and full of water. 3) 20% of the snaps have come off. 4) The mounting brackets which haven't failed have all punctured the material - terrible design.

My advice - if you want a tonneau on that new truck . . . . stick with Extang or another company that makes tonneaus for a living.
