Dash Cam install

So I got a dash cam (Mini 0805) for Christmas and currently have it running into the power port on my 2015 SCrew. To keep the look clean, I purchased a hard-wire kit and add-a-circuit now that I know it's working. The add-a-circuit fuse is 10A, and for simplicity's sake I'd rather keep it in the passenger footwell fuse panel instead of running through the firewall to the power distribution box. I was thinking of position 23 (10A - PDRG switch (?), inverter, driver side window, moonroof) or position 32 (10A - Multi-function display, global position system, Sync 1, Sync 2, radio frequency receiver). Both should be switched, which is what I want. Any thoughts on which would be my better bet? Does it make a difference?

Thanks.
