89 f150 ext cab audio

anyone ever put extra speakers in the back of an older extended cab? I know they don't come in there stock just wondering if/how someone would cut the trim to put 2 more speakers in the truck. Has anyone ever done this before. Here's some pics of my truck, thinking about putting a sub in the truck also, maybe in the center console. The rear seat sits too low to put it under the seat. I've got a nice alpine head unit i bought for a different truck im putting in it also.
