Question Tim A I have Question for you.

I have a 98 F150 super cab with premium sound and 6disc CD changer. I'm planning on installing a Expedition center console and understand that there is a Auxilary control panel for the radio that mounts in the back of the console in the Expedition. My question is if I were to install the Auxilary controls in the console will my current radio accept it and work with it? Thanks in advance.

Talking

It depends on how you define "work" with the radio. Yes, your radio can work with the rear control panel. But, if you want to be able to plug in headphones, you will have to rewire the speakers too. The rear speakers are routed through the rear controller. If you don't do that, the headphone jacks won't work, but the rest of the buttons will still control the radio functions.
