Hey Xman....
I've been reading some of your threads and seeing that you are Ford Authorized I would like to ask you a few questions, if I may..
I have the 2000 indash single CD player in my truck. I've recently purchased a pyramid 200W amp (with high/low inputs) with some reactor speakers (ebay special). I've fabricated a box, see my other post in subwoofers, that will go under the rear passenger seat.
1. Can you hook up the amp to the headunit? Does it have a preamp out?
2. If so, how would you do that(including where to tap in to get the 12V)?
3. And should I be messing with this or should I get someone to install it, or just bite the bullet and get a better head unit installed?
Any advice/opinions/information would be appreciated.
