You need DIN tools. They are about 4-5 bucks at the local parts store or Wally World. Push the DIN tools in (to they click) pull them apart slightly (towards the trucks doors) and pull the whole unit out. You can also try using a coat hanger. (I tried and it didn't work. But it has worked for some).
