I just wanted to know does anyone know the colors to the different wires on the harness and what they go to. I would really appreciate the help because my CD player got stolen and I want to install a Kenwood Z828 but don't know what colors go to what? All I need to know is what colors go with what part of the car. Can someone please help I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Are you talking the harness for the Kenwood? If you are it should go like this-
Yellow-constant 12volt source
Red-swithched 12volt source
Black-ground
Purple,purple with stripe-speaker
green, green with srtipe-speaker
gray, gray with stripe-speaker
white, white with stripe-speaker

Those are all the wire that you should need.
Thats what colors they are on most stereo's Kenwood may be different though

 

greys are front pass
whites are front driv
purple are rear pass
greens are rear drivers

Did you want truck wiring colors too? What year/make?
