I had mine done by a shop for $850... from what I heard the shop told me it was a pain in the but... they broke three bolts in the bed trying to get them out... I know this much - Get some PB Blaster and spray down those body bolts for about a week before you attempt to go at it... If you want some photos you are welcome to look through my gallery... but here's one... I havent raised the exhaust yet - also if you put gap guards on it you can search for my thread in this section and I think I explained it decently how to install it.

yeah i had a shop do mine too, it took them from about 3pm one afternoon to about 4am in the morning, and they said it was the hardest body lift that they had ever put on.

Hey dillon, do you have coilovers cranked or anything other than the PA BL and Fabtech 6"? I am really considering putting on a 6" or 4" suspension now, but I don't want to go too high... and from the looks of it, yours is sitting about the height I want to achieve.

ok sweet... yeah cause right now I have a 3" level kit, so I figure if I replace it with a 6" suspension lift I'll get good angles and won't go up but 3 more inches.... I figure on doing this when I wear out these BFGs which I just put on, so it may be a while.... but it'll give me time to think it through

I had a shop do mine, from what I hear its not really that hard to do, its just very time consuming. Everything is pretty simple, I know your gonna have to weld on a couple spacers on the rear around the hitch area.

Very time consuming i did it by myself and took me all weekend but it was worth it and didnt have to pay anyone to do it besides re welded the rear Hitch back together
Yeah i think it is going to be a fun experience NOT but it something i want to try. Thanks for the input and I like the look of the lift with the guards installed
ok so i started the lift after work and so far no to bad just can tell it is going to be very time consuming. ill post pics when it is done and let ya know how hard and how long it takes.
Ok so lift is done it was very easy it took my girlfriend and i 12hrs.And by no means is she mechanical but a great tool getter. So id say two guys with a clue should be able to do this in 10 hrs just dont be afraid to try it. Its not bad
