bbk throttle body

Has any one installed a 75mm or a 80mm throttle body in a 04 and up f150,..is it actually worth it? thanks in advance!!

I wouldn't think it would be all that great with just a stock truck, but on a moderately/highly modified truck it would improve performance.

well I have a saleen supercharger,..I don't know if thats modified enough,..it's not stock I have done some mods to it

with the supercharger yes it will help you out

the larger the better


as superchargers are sensitive to inlet restrictions so the less restriction the better

Can't comment on 04 and up but I have on on my 01 seems to give me more throttle responce.

agian not sure on the 04 up but on my 01 I need to open the intake elbo up to the 75mm that the throttle body is so the openings match and the air can flow smother (and get rid of the whistle I was warned by members here I would get by not doing this ...lol)

I bought mine used and I think it was worth the money...
