Need recommendations: garage to install gears on '96 F-150

Hi, my first post on this forum. I bought a 96 F150 last summer and have been fixing it up (headers, exhaust, coil, cap & wires). I'm about to put a 4" lift and 33's on it. Currently it has 3.55 gears and the 302 engine. I'm looking to go 4.56.

Does anyone have some recommendations on a garage that does good gear work in the Hood River or Portland area?

Also, where should I go to get tires/wheels? Looking at 285/70R17 and new 17x9 or 17x8.5.

Thanks!

Welcome to the site. You might want to post your questions were they will get more attention, the forum for 96s would be a good bet.

I'm in WA, I had a set of jeep 17x8 wheels on my 35x12.5x17 tires, looked good, but I wanted less bulge so I got the 17x9. Anyway, 4wheel parts has some good stuff.
