engine won't start
I have installed a remanufactured PCM that was programed for my 1994 F150
4x4 with a 5.8L engine. The engine will turn over, but won't start. The instructions that came with the PCM said it could be in theft mode and/ or need on-board theft learn or programming performed. Is this done by the dealer or can I do this? If so how.
