Seattle Area Ford fishermen

Howdy...this is off topic for this site, but, I'll be in Seattle from AZ next week and would love to get some steelhead fishing in. I've never fished for steelhead nor do I know anything about them...are they active in March? Are there rivers close to Seattle where an out of towner could fish? Thanks to anyone who can help.
